Brahmaputra Banquet & Resort

Visited Brahmaputra banquet for family function. It was well managed and easily accessible from the main road. There was ample parking space and enough space for the stage.

Staff behaviour is very polite. Room are so clean and overall decoration of the room is nice. Even the cleanliness of the washroom is perfect.

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. We didn't expect such poshly furnished rooms with balconies with such great service at a place like Motihari, Bihar. The hotel was right by the highway, so no time waste in negotiating city roads if you are on a long drive and have just halted for the night. The rooms had teak wood and marble furnitures. The rooms were of a decent size with balconies. There was a partner restaurant which was accross the highway. Price was Rs. 1500 a night which was quite reasonable for the kind of property and services they had to offer. One service that delighted us was that we found our car washed in the morning when we were ready to leave.

The room is really large in size and pristine. It's good to move up and down using the staircase; however missing lift for senior citizens. Another important note for our granny, no room on the ground floor and no lift, so you need to spend the whole time on sofas.

A very good place for any type of event like marriage, ring ceremony, engagement, Birthday party. Official meeting and event. Good arrangement. Very spacious. Big size stage available here. Location wise good.

I visited Motihari to attend my friend's wedding. I stayed in this hotel. Talking about my experience. Pros 1) Spacious room with vintage theme. 2) Balcony in the room along with glass windows make it so spacious and open to nature. 3) Attached washroom. 4) Super comfortable mattresses. 5) I like that table n chair near the window. 6) Room service good 7) staff are cooperative 8) parking space available 9) Marriage garden available Cons 1) No telephone in the room. 2) Walls can be managed as there is dump due to rainfall. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Telephones in the rooms are must.
