It is a standard hotel situated on a busy road in Motihari. The place is the centre from where many important schools and offices are easily accessible. It provides a comfortable and luxurious stay with all the important facilities and services like good food, laundry etc available. The staff is amiable and polite. You will get a prompt service without any kind of disturbance. The food is amazing. Highly recommended if you are visiting the place for business purposes.

Rooms are not good with a lots of mosquito.walls are need to be repaired and plasters ... blankets are old and stained and smelly .

Talking about this hotel room, the room is overall fine but you are booking the room for convenience.They do not provide water bottles in room service, nor do they provide towels, nor do they provide breakfast as per the menu.Whatever is discussed in the breakfast menu, they deny all the things and this manager's way of talking is very rude, he needs a lot of improvement

Hotel is okay okay type.. I took a suite room there, but nothing was there in the room. Tariff is little higher compare to the room they provided.. Mirror was also not available in the toilet.. then I found it beside almirah! Room size was good. But they should provide better service there.

Very bad experience, when I went there I asked for the room the manager of the hotel said that wait for 5 minutes then I sat on the sofa and start waiting for his response but after seating their it's pass more than half an hour, but he can't tell me about is thera was room available or not. Manager and kitchen staff start fighting in front of me and there was some another people also. So overall my experience is very bad. I requested to the owner of the hotel if your are seeing review please change your whole staff

Very bad service and manager behaviour is very roudh. No good Break fast and no provide sealed water botle.

time lag for the room service need to be improved. clean hotel. guiser not working but they provide hot water.
