Hotel Paradise INN

I recently stayed at Hotel Paradise INN for a night, and it was an absolutely dreadful experience. As a solo female traveler, I was hoping for a comfortable and safe stay, but this hotel failed on all fronts. When I woke up in the morning, I was horrified to find small insects all over my bed and room. It was beyond disgusting and made my skin crawl. Clearly, the cleanliness standards here are non-existent. To make matters worse, the staff behavior was appalling. When I reported the insect issue, they were dismissive and rude, showing no concern for my discomfort or the unhygienic conditions. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. The combination of the filthy environment and the unprofessional, uncaring staff made this one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay away. There are plenty of better options out there where your comfort and well-being will be valued. Hotel Paradise INN is a paradise for insects, not for guests!

Best Hotel in Sitamarhi . Big & Clean rooms with tv . Clean Bathroom . Owner & staff are very polite. Great Customer Service . Highly Recommended .
