Hotel Deep Jyoti

I stayed in this hotel for a night in mid December 2024. Check-in was smooth, as I pre-booked it. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Room service too was good, with well behaved staff. Charges were a bit costly but I took the room with breakfast included. Taste was OK.

Ordered food from their restaurant. Item Name: Kadhai Paneer Platform: Swiggy I initially thought that since the restaurant looked good, the food would be good too. However, when I received my order, the packaging was open, and the food smelled stale, as if it had been cooked the previous night. I'm not sure if the owners are aware of this issue, but it was a terrible experience. In the restaurant business, losing customer trust is detrimental. I generally don't write reviews, but the poor quality of your food compelled me to do so.

It was a horrible experience at this hotel. The function was engagement of my son on 14.02.2024. The manager was unprofessional. The place was poorly managed. Caterers are dirty and not well dressed. The food quality was worst. I had never seen such type of service. Starter was stale. There was no welcome drink. Price of booking was 51K and per plate charge was Rs.700/- but the quality was such low that it is unbearable at even free of cost. Overall it is a NOT RECOMMENDED venue to organise any function there. Totally disgusting management.

It's very nice and well maintained hotel in Madhubani district and infront of Watson's school.Deepjyoti hotel staff's are very competitive and behaviour good service are good.its open time may be 10am and closing time 11:00pm

Food quality is very bad. Manager has no sense how to behave customer.Giving 1 rating just for some other staff behaviour.

The hotel is newly built and has all the required amenities. They have their own restaurant and serve good food. The room service is also good. The Manager is a very helpful person and lets you help with vehicle facilities as well to roam in the city.
