Hotel king palace

I stayed with my family at hotel king palace during my visit to Madhubani from February 5-9. Rooms are very neat & clean equipped with all amenities of a deluxe room. All the staff members are very courteous and provided service beyond my expectations. Mr. Raman, Manager is very caring and arranged every service ,what was required by my family members. It is a memorable stay at Hotel King Palace. My best wishes to the team . Keep it up!!!

The hotel was amazing all round. The staff were All very friendly and pleasant specially Rajiv and sanjiv. The food was was excellent from bihar's masala with quality and hizigne specially mutton. Quantity and and value for money . The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. This hotel is very close to the market and can be reached easily. The hotel overall had everything that could be needed. I will definitely look forward to returning in the futures.

Worst service of this hotel . Specially when you book online. Staffs of this hotel are too rude and not honest for their duty. this hotel only want to how to grab more money from customers in any way . They will deny your online booking by saying that room is not available but suddenly they will approach you for offline booking with double or triple rates higher than online price. This is remote side from the station. Mithila is known for its culture of serving their guest but this hotel is totally opposite which only want to grab money from customers. I have a personal experience. Even after confirmation receipt of that hotel and full amount paid online. They declined the service when I went there . Very bad service and people of that hotel . You people can find many more hotels in the way of this hotel . Please avoid booking this hotel for your comfort .

A home away from home. Excellent service by all hotel staff in general and of owner in particular. Spacious rooms and halls are Unique feature of this hotel. Wish to visit again with family.

Absolutely pathetic experience I had when visited this hotel...told by owner of the hotel that rooms are sold out already while I have booked it on MMT already....and then he told me to cancel it on MMT and then they will provide me room with some extra money. Would have given zero star if possible
