The venue exceeded our expectations, offering impeccable 7-star service that left a lasting impression. The hotel's staff went above and beyond, extending their services beyond regular hours to ensure our special day was truly unforgettable. The arrangements were outstanding, earning rave reviews from guests from 12 different nations. I highly recommend this venue for any event. Located conveniently outside the city, we avoided traffic congestion, allowing guests to arrive seamlessly. The culinary experience was outstanding, with delicious food options, while the decorations were breathtakingly amazing. Overall, I'm delighted to give this hotel my highest recommendation for its exceptional service, stunning ambiance, and unforgettable experience."

We were a group of 5 senior citizens. Booked 3 Premium rooms and stayed 3 nights. We were very happy with the size and quality of rooms with balcony. Well appointed, with all necessary facilities. Must comment on the service of all the personnel. Made great efforts to ensure our stay and food was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Dear Chandan Sir I'm writing to express my gratitude for the services provided during my short stay at the hotel, which will be coming to an end in just 8 days, unfortunately, before completing my intended 2-month stay. Your kindness and gestures, including discounts on food and room category upgrades, are truly appreciated. However, I'm afraid I've been consistently disappointed with the food quality. Despite numerous complaints, issues like excess oil in food persist, and the staff's behavior has been unacceptable. I've also found it challenging to get my orders right and on time, which has led to frustration. Regrettably, due to these ongoing food-related issues, I've decided to leave the property soon. I'll refrain from ordering food from now on. I apologize if my words seem harsh, but I hope you understand my perspective. You're a kind human being, and your efforts have kept me here this long. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on 5/12/24 and 6/12/24, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! Location: Perfectly situated, making it convenient for travelers. Service: Absolutely superb! Despite our late arrival at 11:00 PM, we were served hot, delicious food--a testament to their commitment to guest satisfaction. At 11:30 PM, we noticed a minor issue with the flash in our room. A quick call to the staff, and they resolved it promptly and efficiently. A big thank you to the housekeeping team for their swift response! Special mention to the front office staff, especially the kind Madam who guided us with clear directions from Varanasi to the hotel. Her assistance was invaluable. Lastly, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Krishna, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality and warm demeanor. His efforts truly elevated our stay and made it memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great location. I will definitely return on my next visit!

One of best resorts I have visited. It is the only resort like this in the locality but it is very beautiful. There is a restaurant inside here and I can say that there is the most affordable price but the a variety delicious food served here. The whole place is neat and clean. They maintain higiene every inches.

Hotel and restaurant staff are very courteous. I came here for EV charging. Had some home cooked food with us. They let us eat in the restaurant while the car was getting charged ! This usually doesn't happen. 5 and more to the property.
