Hotel Highway

Worst customer service in city they either don't pick call for query or just hung up without giving information! The rooms are third class (unhygienic,small,old fashioned) the staff is rude and on the top of all this they want to charge premium prices

Reasonable price of room with basic amenities. It's good for one night stay. I stayed here to catch my flight from Bagdogra and the room costs me only 350. So it's good.

Pathetic to say the least. Owner is ill mannered and misbehaves with his guests. I stayed in the most expensive room No hot water, dirty toilet, dirty linens, rude staff and worst food. The worst experience I have ever had.

No comments. The first thing which I asked when I went there was , hope u don't have bed bugs and police raids in the night. The room rate makes you remember the RATLAM night sequence of Jab we met. Fans are too high and even if u wish to commit suicide u will not be able to reach the fan. Quarter lifebuoy soap and a mosquito coil is complementary. U need to submit your photo ID as long as u stay. Single room 350/-, double bed 500/- . Bang opposite Kishanganj Railway station. The bed sheets make you feel that u are on your last journey. It is that white. The cot too is quite similar. Google please don't ask questions like - free breakfast/free WiFi / sauna/gym/ pool etc.

STAFF BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD .HE TREAT WITH ME VERY BADLY AND ALSO IN ROUGH LANGUAGE. THE ROOM OF THIS HOTEL WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE RATE OF ROOM IS TOO MUCH HIGH.

Room are very old look, non maintained, food very expensive without any good taste & clean
