Disappointing Experience at The Four Seasons Restaurant Visited The Four Seasons Restaurant last night and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was excessively spicy and lacked flavor, making it a struggle to enjoy. For the price paid, it felt like a complete waste of money. I hope the restaurant takes feedback seriously and improves the quality of their dishes. Would not recommend until changes are made.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever encountered in Katihar. Despite calling the waiter multiple times, there was no response. I had to wait for 2 hours before the food was served. Throughout the entire experience, no one checked if we needed anything else. Even after informing their senior and manager, nothing was done to address the issue. To top it off, they didn't even provide spoons! What is the point of running a restaurant if you can't even provide basic customer service? And after waiting for so long, despite making numerous calls, the food was awful. I wasted 2.5 hours and 3k for this unprofessional treatment. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I went yesterday for dinner with my two friends and ordered but they almost 1 hours to serve very bad service secondly they served us fake paneer so i told them they're not accepting the truth i asked them to verify they took the dish to kitchen after consulting with chef they said no it's real panee so i asked them how have you checked whether its fake paneer or real paneer they said chef tasted it this is how they checked not following any standard test. I took photos of the paneer they were bland in taste rubber like in texture.

Don't ever visit this Hotel- ROOMS SIZE IS DECENT BUT THEY DON'T PROVIDE EXTRA PILLOW OR BLANKET. TAKE IT FROM HOME. BATHROOM IS DECENT BUT IN THE COLD WEATHER OF DECEMBER HOT WATER WON'T COME FROM THE TAP THEY WILL PROVIDE IN SINGLE BUCKET. THEY HAVE GOOD AMBIENCE IN RESTAURANT BUT DON'T EVEN TRY TO EAT AS NOTHING WAS EDIBLE. TEA IS NOT INCLUDED IN BREAKFAST (THIS IS VERY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE, THAT TEA IS NOT INCLUDED IN MAP PLAN). YOU GET A VERY GOOD HOTEL IN THIS PRICE

We have booked the hotel for marriage purpose and Everything was up to mark, the cooperation of Manager (Mr Jai Singh) or the hotel staffs, everything. The food was amazing, even all those from Barati who stayed and the guests who had dinner everyone has appreciated the arrangements. I strongly recommend this hotel for any kind of functions. They will arrange it like the party is of their own.

Very poor food quality.You have wait almost an hour just to get your starter. Don't waste your money ! There is way better restaurant than this in Katihar.

Only good thing about this is the location, it is just near to railway station, so good for commuting. Rooms are dirty, smelly. Very less amenities. Very limited breakfast and with dirty utensils. The hotel was made good but maintenance is very poor. They need to hire people with good eyesight and nose to see and smell the place.

The Manager of the hotel was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests, had a decent experience of stay with a few hiccups here and there.... Over all it was a decent stay. experience.
