Hotel Vinayak, Bheriya Rahika, Katihar,

The name has been changed to Hotel Crown Vista. When I am here renovation work is going on.

Hotel Vinayak in Katihar, Bihar, is far from deserving its 3-star category hotel. The conditions were shocking and unacceptable. The entire place was dirty, filled with bad smells, and the towels and lavatories were filthy. Additionally, no bathroom shampoo was provided. I'm baffled as to how MakeMyTrip categorizes this as a 3-star hotel. This misrepresentation should be reported to the Ministry of Tourism, India. Furthermore, the restaurant was closed, and the walls were plagued with seepage and faded paint. Overall, my experience at Hotel Vinayak was extremely disappointing.

It is a strictly okay place with decent food and amenities. The place is neat and clean. Their food especially chilly paneer, paneer pakoda and chilly chicken was quite nice. In terms of Indian breads, especially naan - they need to improve. There isn't much variety and in desserts there's not much option.

In restaurant you will get bad smell which is very unusual Quality of food is not remarkable.Price is exorbitant high in compare with quality of food they offer Service time is unusually longer.Overall rating of this hotel is very bad. maintanence is very poor.Washroom are very dirty.

Not a good hotel to stay.. not at all recommended.. the charges are high as compared to their room condition. Reception people are not at all helpful or decent!!

I was there recently , Infrastructure is good , car parking is available . Room need maintenance, fungus is on painting attached to the wall even on wallpaper. bed's wallside cushion is very dirty... Washroom's racks are rusty.. toilet flush malfunctioning... Cockroach roaming in the room... And worst room service phone was not working , even called on given number they didn't received...I had to go down to reception to get the water bottle midnight....

One of the worst hotel and services. In the name of complementary breakfast you will get aloo paratha or butter toast. No fruit, no juice, no eggs, not even a glass of milk. In short overpriced cheap hotel. No value for money. Your complaints/ issues will be never heard of by the hotel management team.

I checked in at 7:59 PM They handovered me the room keys. I entered the room. AC was not working. One staff came to solve the problem. Nothing solved Another staff came to solve the issue. Nothing happened. Then after 15 mins, the problem was solved. Then I requested them that problem may persist at night, so kindly change the room. They said why to change the room, ac is working. Bad behaviour of the staff. Mainly the reception people are so rude, that they behave like they are the "KING". I asked them , I am leaving , please refund money. But they were rude. I asked them , let me talk to the senior, They refused to do that. I asked them to refund money, I am leaving, they denied. So fedup . I left money and left for another hotel. So I recommend all ,that don't prefer this hotel. As an proof, I have hotel bil, where the time is mentioned , of my check in and checkout. Don't get your mood off by opting this hotel.
