Stayed here for 5 days with family. Great stay, spacious rooms, excellent food, superb service.. Value for money. Mr Deepak Kashyap, Restaurant Manager, has been an excellent host keeping eyes on minutest details of every customer's requirements. Food quality was excellent and so was service at the restaurant. Staffs at the reception both at the time of checking in and checking out were excellent and on both occasions it was seamless. Keep up the good work. Only one complaint, being brought up in Katihar & spending 16 yrs there and being a Bomg, it was disappointing to see not having conventional fish cuisine at the restaurant especially when Katihar was famous for fresh fish during my childhood days.

Orders were taken accurately and served promptly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I truly appreciated the cleanliness and the staff's willingness to accommodate special requests. The best Hotel in Katihar with great ambience and location. The food menu has quite a variety. The service staffs are very polite and prompt. Rooms signifies state of the art and are very cosy and comfortable within the price. Overall, a truely recommendable Hotel.
