The hotel room was decent, but there's room for improvement. The bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to major attractions. However, the cleanliness could be better, especially at the entrance of the building. The amenities were basic, and the Wi-Fi was not available. Staff were polite, but the service felt a bit slow during check-in. Overall, it's a reasonable option for a short stay if you're not looking for luxury. The charges were a little bit high. For a room without buffet breakfast couldn't be rupees 5040.

We recently hosted a conference at this hotel, and unfortunately, the service was pathetic. The elevator was out of order, forcing our guests to use the stairs to access the 4th floor. The staff was uncooperative and unresponsive, with one incident involving a broken computer connector that went unaddressed. The management, particularly the manager, demonstrated a lack of accountability and poor manners. The hotel's hospitality was virtually nonexistent. We experienced significant delays, including a 2-hour wait for billing. The staff seemed unresponsive to our needs, and the food quality was also disappointing. Overall, choosing this hotel as our conference venue was a regrettable decision.

Worst experience ever, no recharge done for tv, no ac remote , no light , tarif is very high as per the service provided , receptionist not available

The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that all of my needs were met effortlessly. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable stay. In particular, I must commend the hotel manager, Mr. Ranjeet Kumar, whose courteous demeanor and helpful attitude truly enhanced my experience. One negative point of hotel is less parking space.

Stayed Here for 3 nights, This hotel is best in Katihar. the quantity is also adequate and the price is alsoo affordable that I recommend all of you to visit once. Good food at good price and hotel is well maintained Hotel management giving response properly. Earlier this Hotel was Good, but currently the Managers are hopeless, they don't know how to deal with customers, they close their room at 2300 hrs don't pick up the phone.There was a marriage party besides my room (209) they disturbed through out the night and no one was in Reception to help. Will suggest not to stay here.
