HOTEL NIRMALA HEIGHTS AND RESORTS

Worst Experience Ever! This hotel is a total disaster! The room was extremely dirty, with used hand towels and torn, filthy bed sheets. No hot water at all! The staff had a terrible attitude, as if they were doing us a favor. And the so-called "complimentary" water? Just 500ml! Seriously? Never staying here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stay away!

The overall state of the room was unacceptable and frankly, unsanitary. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The lack of basic hygiene standards makes this hotel a serious health risk.

Thanks to the Bihar government, my sister got her BPSC exam center allotted in Bhagalpur. I tried to book a hotel, but most of them were already fully booked. On the Goibibo website, rooms were showing as available in this hotel, so I booked it. After a long and tiresome journey, I reached Bhagalpur station at 11 PM. I went to Hotel Nirmala Heights, which was just a 10-minute walk from the station. There, I discovered that I had been scammed. Hotel Nirmala Heights and Resort and Hotel Nirmala Heights are two different hotels located 30 km apart. In the middle of the night, in an unfamiliar town, along with my sister, I was unsure where to go, thanks to the ambiguous information provided by the hotel and the Goibibo website. I called Goibibo, and they said they would contact the hotel owner and then decide whether to issue a refund. I had booked the hotel online at 4 PM that day and called the hotel to cancel at 11:30 PM, explaining my situation. The hotel staff spoke rudely and carelessly. After 10 days of repeatedly calling Goibibo, they denied any refund, stating that the hotel owner was unwilling to provide one.

Very nice service & amazing facility (very good) hotels

I was been here with my family for two days and two rooms. It was a very good resort stay we had over here. the food quality was also very good . the service and staff was excellent, very humble and very helpful nature.

After all discussions and negotiation Yesterday I visited this property around 11 pm for two cottages and I met hotel staff named Amar. His behaviour is too arrogant and pathetic. Overall property is good but staffing is pathetic. Swimming pool is not operational and If you people want to use the pool exceptionally then you will have to pay 5000+GST. He keeps on changing the rates. So beware about this and that to you have to inform prior about the usage of pool so that motor can be switched on in night and in morning you can use the pool. Yesterday night was horrible as I again travel back to bhagalpur and stayed there. Horrible experience

We attended friends wedding at resort it's extremely beautiful and didn't expect such resort in kahalgaon. Hotel is newly build with swimming pool and big beautiful ground they also have restuarant but seems like it is under construction. Rest it is absolutely worth visiting

Beautiful properly for any of social or official events. We booked Nirmala Hights for my brother's wedding function and the staying experience was superb. GM Sagar and Front Office Anand are very courteous and helping. They were always available for anything that we may need for our function. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others.
