GenX Brij, Jamui

My over all experience was very good in this hotel, The location Was very good close to all the food station and local shops and also shopping malls, The food was amazing , It's the best food I had an entire Jamui and also the experience of the staff service was excellent, The hospitality was very good , Everything was served On the table, From breakfast to In Room dining was really good. Loved it. Only thing the Receptionist should be more welcoming, and at least give a warm gesture To the guest by smiling and by saying hello.

I recently stayed at the GenX Bridge in Jamui, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The manager's behavior was rude and unprofessional, which set a negative tone for my entire stay. Furthermore, despite paying for breakfast while booking my room, I was denied this service. This was not only frustrating but also felt like a breach of the agreement.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Genx Brij, and I must say that the experience was made truly exceptional by both the quality of the food and the impeccable service. A special mention must be made of Ms. Simran, Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were remarkable. Ms. Simran made our dining experience at the hotel truly memorable. Her friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality were a highlight of our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Genx Brij for both its food and exceptional service. A big thank you to Ms. Simran.

Don't stay in this hotel if you are travelling from Car. I had parked my car in the parking area and found scratch all around in the next morning. No hotel staff took the responsibility even CCTV footage was not shown.

Complementary breakfast, room service is excellent. The rooftop restaurant is an amazing enjoyment in this place.

Nice experience, rooms are spacious, and it is on the main road towards jamui railway station. Close to DM's residence and SP's residence. Complementary breakfast, room service is excellent. The rooftop restaurant is an amazing enjoyment in this place.
