Hotel Kanishka

The Kanishka Hotel is situated between Siwan Mairwa highway near Ziradei. The hotel is well maintained, ambiance is good. AC is working. The washroom is also neat and clean. The Price is a little bit on the higher side. Small parking area.

No milk if you ask for tea. AC doesn't work. They charge extra for generator.AC works for 2-3 hours on electricity. Charge 1 day extra on rooms even if you exceed a few hours. Fraudulent workers

Infrastructure is very nice but there is nothing on the name of Guest services and facilities. Manager is utmost arrogant and won't listen to anyone. We had booked full property for a month even they couldn't serve better. No wifi, room slippers, kettle, toiletries etc. Bedsheets, towels are not changed even after 4-5 days you'll have to struggle to let these people listen to you. Completely unprofessional!! It's situated outside city access and in emergency it might be difficult to get things done. No can facility. The hotel staffs won't even help you to carry luggage in room. If services are this place might be a heaven outside city!!

Poor service from hotel. Not ready to clean hall during night time when hotel was booked for whole night. Food prepared hours before dinnertime and hot meal not served. Not able to provide extra mineral water after initial order exhausted. Waiters were cooperative though and helped to run ceremony anyhow.

Room service very poor

This is an awful place, because they don't provide service compared to the price they charge. If you stay there, they will cut electricity, turn off the cable and do other weird things to save on their costs. The resturants is often out of key ingredients and you will not get half of the dishes on the menu. Avoid this place as much as you can.
