I stayed at Royal Palace Hotel recently and had a good experience.The best part was the staff -- they were really polite and well-behaved. Especially mam, she was extremely soft-spoken and very helpful throughout. The location of the hotel was also perfect -- easy to reach and convenient. One thing I really appreciate is that my train was at 3:30 PM but the checkout time was 12 PM. Mam kind allowed me to stay for 2 extra hours without any extra charge, which was really generous. Even I have recommend my friends to stay in this hotel in gaya Overall, according to me, the stay was pleasant, the service was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. Both the room and bathroom were clean, and the overall services were excellent. I booked online here .. location is really good , opposite to Bharat Sevashrom , which is market area to get anything nearby .. Rooms of Royal guest house is good and clean. Service also ok. Now want to highlight main disturbance of this hotel is " Lift ".. who ever is going up nd down the recorded voice inside lift very loud and irritating too .. when any 1 coming out from lift ,just when u open d first gate it's start playing " please close the door " loudly .. voice recording part should be a minimum gap after fully out from lift if door is open. I think actually no need of this recorded voice , these odd things totally disturbed our sleeping badly after lunch and sleeping at night also .. immediately look into it . It's a request from a guest ( me ) who stayed with family 3 days here .

Room's location is good. Just one lane away from the busy main road. Market, restaurant and railway station are nearby. Rooms are small but comfortable as AC works just fine.

Worst Place to Stay in Gaya. During advance booking they have finalized the rate 1400 per night. But after reaching the hotel they demanded 1800 per night for the same room. They have also denied to accept their own watsapp number and message given by them. They are Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! They are doing the business of cheating. The manager Sinha is too arogant and miss behave with the coustomers frequently. The rooms are too small. The room service is also worst. The room service boy is also miss behaving and have no manners. Don't book this hotel ever. So many other good options are available in Gaya.

Happy to share my review for this stay at Royal Guest House as the name suggests this guest really treats their guest in a very royal way, I am staying here with my family for 2days and what service i received from the staff is wonderful, talking about the staff in detail the Manager Mr. Sinha other staff members like Mr Jha all of them where very much eager to serve us . I recommend everyone to come and stay here as the service plus the ambience is top notch , if any one is looking for a perfect homely stay in Gaya to visit them .

Location is very convenient, just off the main road connecting gaya station to the temples. The rooms are clean, quite spacious for 2 people.
