Orbit Hotel

For the price and convenient location, it's hard to find a better place. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, with good hospitality and they offer very nice service. The place just needs some new paint and it would look a lot better but the beds are clean and comfortable.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It,s just 10 mts walk from the Rly stn. Hotel is just neat and tidy. Room service is good, Food is average, No restaurant. House service is good. Reception desk staffs are a bit difficult to handle to start with. Overall looking at the town it is worth a place to stay.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms need to be cleaned and maintained. Bed was awful and hard in one room and the other room had nice soft cushion bedding. Food was good. Walking distance from the railway station. They have contact to the Bengal bhawan and helped us with getting the auto early morning as well.

Rooms are not good. AC in the party area not working properly. When power goes, no quick backup it takes 2-3 mins for generator to on. Service was also bad. I have been going in this restaurant since 20 years when it was name with Siddhartha. I think there are using AC of ages and no paints in rooms. Furnitures also very old.

I stayed overnight for transit to airport. Staff are very friendly and very close to railway station. It's a budget hotel. Clean , though slightly run down. Staff were ready to help and arranged transport to airport at reasonable price.

A one time five star Hotel of Gaya, now a broken, no maintenance, no staff salary, about to be closed due to Covid-19 and closure of Bar and hard liquor in Bihar, it has car parking, spacious, 50-60 AC non AC rooms, but slowly the Orbit Hotel in verge of closing

Rooms are in very bad shape . Staffs OK , food is also good but not maintained . Rates are OK but still it needs to be renovated .Even the shampoo provided was Mar 2018 manufactured and it was an expired material on Mar 2018 .This needs to be checked .

It needs repair rooms bathroom, indoors & outdoors. In this hotel staffs are so helpful but there needs more staff.
