Namastay Welcome Home

We stayed in double bed deluxe rooms. The rooms were clean, ventilated, cozy. Washrooms, beds, clothings were good. The restaurant was having good food, the quality and quantity was also good. The only thing that needs improvement is in case of bathroom tabs, the bathroom tabs were a little bit jam. The staff was very cooperative and responsive. Overall the stay was very comfortable.

The room and bathroom was very clean, well maintained. Food was exceptionally good, very fresh, hot and tasty. Service was very good. The staff was very respectful, attentive. We enjoyed our two night stay in Namastey Welcome Hotel.

Don't stay with the Hotel, I feel very bad in terms of Food quality, breakfast, Hygiene, manager behavior on the name on Shampoo he gives one Clinic Plus Pouch Rs-1, breakfast provide tea, and pratha they cheat to Customer, whereas I had to booked DELUXE Room. Above all review have posted by there own people.

Very close to Station ( next to sration only) has a reliance smart point shop, lots of food option around. Hotel has very good vegetarian restaurant.

I had booked this property for 2 night through make my trip. Don't know on what basis they had given above 4 star rating. The property is outside railway station. So the surroundings are always crowded and very noisy. The entry itself looks like a low budget transit hotel. They were not able to provide the basic amenities mentioned in the itenary, like dustbin, electric kettle..... Also , room service and house keeping was very also. Had to keep calling continuously. For the sake of toiletries they had given just a soap and small shampoo bottle. There was no space to keep toiletries in the bathroom. It's an overpriced low budget old hotel.

Room and good is good. All entire staff and service is good. Hotel location is just walking distance from Gaya Junction.

Great location, the hotel has good infrastructure for being a standard one, but the maintenance is poor. The underground parking is in a poor shape. The food wasn't bad, but lacks imagination

Extremely cooperative owner and staff. I was a solo female traveller . I loved every bit of my stay. The food was good,rooms were well kept, staff members were extremely dedicated towards their work. No theft issue or safety issue. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone..
