Hotel Vishnu Vihar Gaya

I recently visited Vishnu Vihar Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation it's undergone after the change in management. The improvements are clearly visible -- the overall maintenance of the property is much better, the rooms are cleaner, and the common areas are well-kept and inviting. One of the most noticeable upgrades is the food -- it's genuinely delicious now, with better variety and quality than before. It's clear the kitchen team has stepped up their game! But still the service staff is extremely untrained. If you expect good hospitality in the hotel, this hotel is 0/10 in that. Just for an instance, when we ordered ice-cream, the waiter served it by taking it out from his bare hands. When confronted, he said "aur kaise nikalenge". After telling, is this the way to talk, he replies "kaise baat karna chahiye aap bata dijeye". It was like we were not in a hotel, but on a roadside shop. The management needs a lot of job to do, and hire properly trained staff for good hospitality.

We stayed in Room no 104 on 19th March. No hot water, even after complaining it was not rectified. They are giving hot water in a bucket.. not expected this kind of mismanagement. TV was not recharged, so again it's of no use. Restaurant is serving bad food , ordered kashmiri pulao, they used some week old fruits from refrigerator and I got severe stomach pain after having only few spoons.. Taste is not at all good. Room is clean, that's the only good thing here.

Location, lobby, ground, parking all are fine. The lawn is well maintained and very good. Food in the restaurant is also good. But staff are untrained and do not know how to talk or behave with guests.

Hotel is staying more comfort. Manjeet singh is good in assist us and very cooperative. Service is extraordinary and staffs are polite. Rooms are very neat and clean. Our best wishes to Hotel management

Only location wise it's good..... Staff service is very poor.. U can't tolerate behavior of manager n other staff.. It's worthless to going vishnu vihar if u r thinking to celebrate ur special days. They will ruin everything moment n mood. I will never recommend to go there..... Look for other options

Stayed on 16th February 2025. Room No. 101. Property is of Bihar Government and is run on lease by a private firm. The property is very good. Awesome. Room service is not worth the money paid. Food options are not available. Buffet charges taken but buffet not served. Hot water not coming in shower. We had to complain and then it was rectified in about 45 mins. For the money paid, (Rs. 3500+taxes), only the property is worth, not the service.

Stay was very good. Location, hotel environment excellent. Service and behaviour also excellent. Food is also good, but it is little bit expensive. Overall we are very happy.

Stay was excellent. This hotel is really affordable and very neat and clean. Can't believe that there were amenities with so little price. Shiv was very helpful
