Our stay at Hotel Saraogi Place was truly memorable! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. A special thanks to Manager Mishraji, who was incredibly nice and cordial throughout our stay. He ensured everything was smooth and comfortable for us. We'd also like to give a big shoutout to Munna Bhai, who went above and beyond in helping us with food arrangements and various other services. His attentiveness and friendly nature made our experience even better. All the staff members were exceptionally well-behaved and always greeted us with a smile. It's rare to find such consistent warmth and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gaya!

Average hotel near bus stand. Rooms are old constructed. Room service is not available. You will only get tea/coffee and water. In the campus Rajasthani bhojnalaya is available. You have to go there and eat something.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were courteous. Rooms are clean. The only reason for dropping the rating by a bit is that we got a little late because of the enthusiasm in the hospitality. The front office guys suggested we eat breakfast and go but it ok quite a bit of time and we lost some valuable time in the process. But in general staff were knowledgeable and guided us with lot of info around Gaya.

Arranged a reservation via Makemytrip. Although there are frequent power outages, the accommodation is fine. When the room's air conditioner/Aircooler quits working in the middle of the night, the receptionist offers a solution and says you could have called. When the cooler cuts off every time, who will keep making the call? Even an elevator malfunction. There is no way out once the power goes out and the lift stops automatically. The receptionist advises calling once more so that he can turn on the generator. A problem with the hot water supply necessitated switching rooms in between. These are the things that made our stay a little uncomfortable. There's a pure vegetarian Jain restaurant here, thus the food quality is good. Although you can't expect too much, people are supportive.

It's pathetic hotel, please avoid it. No hygiene, dirty blankets

Nice and clean rooms Peoples are attentive and helpful It's been quite away from temple and other attractions but can go there by toto or auto in minimal charges Have their own kitchen which is add ON Food which is provided not too much spicy or masaledar it feels like Satvik Bhojan

Hotel was decent Reasonable price Food was tasty But I gave 4 stars as They charged me ac room price And the ac was not working in the room I told them 50times to come and check At last the main hotel boy came and fixed
