Incredible heritage property in Gaya with outstanding hospitality and a fantastic location. I booked it for an event, and the food was exceptional, with plenty of space. Many thanks to the management for a wonderful experience!

Very very worst and pathetic condition, almost looks like a ghost bungalow. There is no phone to call reception, there is no restaurant, lack of amenities like geyser, phone, and not worth for ur money. Think before you book tis hotel. Rooms are in bad condition like switches on the rooms, linens unwashed and maintained, CP fittings are in bad condition, flush of WC not working.

Overall, the customer service at Hotel Samrat is excellent. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment you check-in, you are made to feel welcome and valued.

Pathetic Bathroom conditions. Rooms exactly opposite to what it looks in the photos. Awfully bad condition of switches on the rooms, linen badly maintained, CP fittings in awfully bad condition, flush of WC not working. And the hotel management says ,that they can offer only what they have, with no remorse at all for the conditions of their washrooms. I would not give any star to this hotel.

Good service. Closer to the main attractions, popular restaurants, and hubs. But will give a lower rating because of one unpleasant experience that made us feel pretty unsafe. Took shower and went out for a while only to see the door not locked properly. Again, it seemed as if somebody went through our belongings.

Located at a prime location in Gaya, this place is an excellent value for money. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are well kept. There is also a small lawn to relax or take a stroll. The food is good and feels homely.

The staff in are fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location during my next travel.... Kudos...

I booked 2 rooms. To begin with, both the rooms had dust. Upon asking hotel staff as to why it is there, they said it hasnt been cleaned since holi. Both the Rooms also had mosquitoes, cobwebs and spiders all over. Hotel staff said that its normalbto have in Gaya. Really? Dont spoil thr name of the city if u cant look after hotel well. WC in one of the rooms was not functional. We checked in at 5pm in evening and plumber was asked to repair next morning. He couldnt repair. To much repeated complaints to the hotel staff, room was changed. Again to find another dirty room with mosquitoes, cobwebs and spiders. None of the rooms had towels. U have to ask for it every time u go for a bath. None of the rooms have hot water. U have to call reception and request hot water. So every body the world will get to know what u r upto. In a nutshell, its a disaster to stay in this hotel. O yes, MMT gaurantee doesnt get u to a nice hotel. So avoid avoid avoid this hotel as dharamshalas are better clean and maintained compared to this hotel.
