I recently attended a wedding at the Hotel Royal Palace and found the overall quality of the marriage hall to be average. While there were some positive aspects, several areas left much to be desired. Starting with the positives, the location of Hotel Royal Palace is convenient, making it easily accessible for guests. The exterior and lobby are well-maintained, providing a good first impression. The staff members were polite and tried their best to accommodate our needs, which added a welcoming touch to the experience. Additionally, the catering services were commendable. The food was flavorful and well-presented, with a variety of dishes that catered to different palates. However, the marriage hall itself had several shortcomings. The decor was quite outdated and lacked the elegance one would expect for such an occasion. The lighting was dim and unflattering, which detracted from the ambiance. Furthermore, the seating arrangement was not well-planned, leading to a cramped and uncomfortable environment for the guests. The cleanliness of the hall was another area of concern. While the main areas were relatively clean, the restrooms were poorly maintained and lacked essential supplies, which was disappointing. The air conditioning system was also inadequate, making the hall stuffy and uncomfortable, especially with a large number of guests in attendance. Sound quality was another issue. The acoustics in the hall were subpar, causing the speeches and music to sound muffled and unclear. This detracted from the overall experience and made it difficult to enjoy the entertainment and speeches. Base Line, while Hotel Royal Palace has the potential to be a great venue due to its location and friendly staff, it falls short in terms of decor, maintenance, and facilities. With some updates and better attention to detail, it could significantly improve the guest experience. As it stands, I would rate the marriage hall as average and recommend it only if the mentioned issues are addressed.

Rooms: Booked 8 rooms with 30 beds for 2 days, was given only 7 with 25 beds on 1 day and asked to give 2/7 rooms in another hotel on day 2. Felt inconvenient for the guests Service: Denied to give mattress what was already agreed upon. Quoting shortage of mattresses. Hotel was found closed with no guard/receptionist/caretaker at night when guests came back to rest. Took 30min to open the gates. Hotel is new and have good rooms, but the service needs to improve considerably.

We found bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms and the rooms were stinking

I recently stayed at this hotel for over 20 days and had a fantastic experience. The complementary breakfast was a great start to each day, I would rate my overall stay as 5/5. The staff Raj naraya ji were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.also the owner of hotel Sri ranjeet ji humble in nature & behaviour is top class, always take care for everyone.... A very reasonable rate. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location. Very nice and big banquet halls for wedding ceremonies and parties. Staff behavior is cool and familiar. Best place for wedding ceremony and other events. They have got two banquet halls, eighteen rooms, lobby at each floor, good spaces for parking. Atithi Devo Bhava - this is thought of Hotel Staff. So Budget friendly......
