Hotel Residency Surya

Everything that shines isn't gold. It was my cousins wedding in the town. Had a very disappointing experience with family. . Service is the worst with ill mannered caretakers and under staff management. Had to wait 30 minutes outside in bitter cold before we decided to break open the lock of service door after vigorous knocking and calling out for the attendant to open the gates. Surroundings are not hygienic and plagued with mosquitoes. Only positive thing about the property that it was new but with this service, 6 months down the line I do not think ppl would even consider visiting this place.

I would have written very poor service.... But I can't because there is No Service at all the staffs are irresponsible, they'll leave you out at night to sleep on the road and won't give you basic necessities like soap/towels or drinking water... The washroom have no hot water supply It is provided by staff who refuse to provide during night when we've checked in. Worst / wahiyat / bohot hi bekar

One of the best and affordable place to stay in Gaya . Our stay was very good and cleanliness was top notch.. Have stayed at multiple properties across the city but this is one of the best .. Food was also good.. Overall a good experience.
