Hotel Grand Palace

The room was near and clean. The washroom was also having everything. It's just a few metres away from Railway station. Restaurants were also there. There was also a good city view at the window. It can be found in some rooms. Elevators are also included in the building. I got all the facilities as promised without any problem.

Near railway station.... Rooms r not so clean...... Our breakfast is free for 2 persons but they extra charged from us for 4 years baby....... Which is so wierd i have never faced this type of problem before

Good place to stay at a very reasonable budget. Staff are very cooperative and adjustable. They let me use my room even after check out as my train was late by three hours. Food is good.It is very close to Gaya Station and has lot of eating out options nearby.

Room was small but okay, spacious double-sized bed. Ac and fan were working. The bathroom wasn't good enough. Flush wasn't working. But the location is great. The room was Rs 1500 per night without a bill.

Most worst property . Rate is high as per rooms location and service. Rooms are very small and dirty.

Highlights ~ The rooms are quite spacious. ~ The service is also great and the staff is really helpful. ~ Location wise, this place is not for spending holidays coz u wants a chaotic environment to spend their weekends We can also book the hotel for wedding functions or other activities.

It was a bitter experience. As we travel in march we opt for non ac room, they provide us ac room without turning on the ac . There was not at all enough ventilation . Rooms were okayish but the food was worst. They serve us the side dish 1st then after 1 hour they serve the rice even that was uncooked. All over it was not worth the price we were paying.

The worst hotel, I had stayed so far. Services are very poor. Don't go by the big name grand palace. They are charging more, without giving any facility. Not worth for the amount paid. First, there is no hot water. We have booked two rooms, one fitted with geyser and another one, without geyser. Even, the geyser, they are switchef off and repeatedly, you have to tell them to switch on the geyser. Secondly, secondly was fitted but not working and mostly, importantly,there is no water in the toilet. In summary, not worth, for the amount paid.
