Comfortable Stay, but Service Could Be Better: We stayed here for four days for a wedding hosted at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. While service was efficient at first, it became slower as more guests arrived--I had to request room cleaning and fresh towels multiple times. The food was tasty throughout, though a bit repetitive. The staff accommodated special requests as best they could. A special thanks to Mr. Ashutosh for his hospitality. Most of the staff was courteous, though a few individuals seemed reluctant to assist. A decent experience overall, with room for improvement in service.

Wonderful ambience and excellent service all around.Mr. Ashutosh Kumar always made us feel at home and personally saw to our comfort and our travel to Bodhgaya . Very sincere and helpul staff at the restaurant. We have already recommended this hotel to our relatives who wish to travel to Gaya . Keep up the good work .

Services provided by the hotel was excellent, the staff was well trained about the gestures towards every visitor, reception staff was very polite and respectful. My team which includes my boss with four other colleagues, stayed for 5 days. The dinner was excellent as well as the breakfast provided was very good. The location was very good. Airport and railway station connectivity is very good. Rooms provided was neat and clean. Washrooms were good. Security cameras were in working condition which provides overall security in corridors. Special thanks to the Mr Ashutosh (coordinator) which provides 24*7 availability as most of the time other hotel's create mess after checkout. The team Hotel Gharana Tree was perfect. Most recommended hotel in Gaya. . Thanks for everything, looking forward to visit again.

This is a very decent hotel in a good location in Gaya. It is not very far from Falgu river. Good place to stay if you have come for pindadan. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff are very cordial and helpful.

This hotel was very worst as i visited it today, they don't have many staffs and they are arranging many tables about 10-12 tables. They don't have a good service too , staffs are very rude to customers. They are putting the food in open atmosphere and many insects are falling on the food. This resturant as well as rooms should be banned so that the customers experience a good and worthy resturant. This hotel is very worst. I rate this hotel 0/10 for all the purposes.

Literally no complains. Food hygienic. Everything very nice. Feels like a 5! Suggestion: Water should be in glass bottles in the restaurant to reduce plastic emissions!
