Room is spacious and well maintained. Service is ok. Controlling of room AC is from reception. There is no switch in the room. Everytime you need to knock the reception for switching on room AC which is very irritating. Food is not up to the mark. Price of food is also little bit upper side. No thali option is available. You need to choose complimentary breakfast from very limited options. For single guest food expenses is quite higher side but for group of 3-4 persons, food expenses is ok since they can share the single plate among them.

Hotel City Surya's location is ideal for the business class. Very pleasant atmosphere, lovely accommodations, and a lovely setting all around. You can eat here as well as receive nice take-away service. One of the top hotels for a reasonable cost. Rooms are quite clean and spacious. Excellent work from all staff, and the front desk provides exceptional service. I'm looking forward to re-visit this place once again. The best place for fun with cleanliness and comfort. Good staff and well-organized services are the hallmark. I would recommend visiting this hotel once.

The service is outstanding ! The Junior suite has a fantastic interior design and is extremely comfortable. We have spent a lovely moment in this hotel, feeling like at home , and in a luxury environment, with kind staff and an ideal location . Thank you so much for this great journey !

Not best but good hotel

One of the best hotel at a budget price. Of course I must say the food quality. Its totally awesome. Rooms which proved us were so tidy and specious. Great job all staffs and service from front office was outstading. I am eagerly waiting formy upcoming visit.

Located in the heart of the city this hotel is a good place to stay. They have clean room, the only drawback is staff full of attitude plus they have do not understand language and accent.
