Hotel management is very bad; they aren't helpful to guests anymore. If an outside guest is staying in a hotel, then hotel management is more responsible to guide their guest. I have faced very unacceptable inconvenience due to hotel management guiding me to the wrong location. I understand Bihar people are very aggressive and rude in terms of etiquette and guest respect. I was very dissatisfied with their management. I would not suggest anyone go to this Astha Hotel.
