Ajatsatru Hotel

Very nice location. Prime location on the outside of the station from the platform number one. You can Easily reach this hotel after crossing the road. This hotel is on the right side of the platform number one. Neat and clean place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff are polite. Food is also delicious and made up hygienic. We visited at night approximately 10 pm and dinner we ordered was delicious and quantity was also enough. Nice decoration and lighting are also attractive.

this is the worst hotel ever they are serving non veg in pure veg restaurant where we were here for worshiping our anscetors at such a holy place Gaya ji and such a big mistake moreover they are convincing me to wave all the bill all the owners of the hotel are standing on my head and forcing me not to complaint also again and again trying to throw the plate

Hotel reception are good. Rooms are big and comfortable. But amenities like hot water facilities, WIFI not available. In restaurant they have many food items in the MENU CARD, but they are only for reading. About 75% not available. Service staff except the order taking personnel are reluctant and slow. They have to improve the hotel service. The charges are on little higher side compared to other restaurants of the same calibre No CURD OR MILK IS AVAILABLE HERE.The servers/bearers refuse to accept credit cards. If improved it will be a super duper hotel for low budget travellers.

Very dirty. Kitchen is filthy. Charge high in terms of quality. Too noisy being nearest to Gaya railway station Gate No.1

The attitude of the person at the counter was very hostile like he was PM (but thank god he is only a hotel employee otherwise have destroyed nation). These business runners donot value customers. Hated this and will never recommend any one to visit this

I have been here 3-4 times to have my lunch. The food they served was good and delicious as well as less spicy.We ordered nan, butter nan, and veggies as I don't prefer eating non veg cuisines outside. As far as rooms are concerned I won't give more than 3 stars. The best thing about this hotel is that it is situated opposite Gaya Railway junction so you don't have to look for autos and taxis, just step out from the station and here it is.

Hotel is decent and service is good too. But the charges are bit expensive as compared to others . It is in the front of Gaya Railway Station and u can easily find autorickshaws for your desired destination. Also food is easily available in the nearby restaurants.

What there is to like about the Ajatsutra is its location. If you're trying, as we were, to squeeze in a quick trip to Bodhgaya between a 1:45 pm arrival in Gaya and a 5 am departure for Varanasi, it's great to be within sight (and short walking distance) of the station. But we found almost nothing else to recommend about it. The building is grimy, rusting, decaying, moldy. Our room was fairly clean, but the bed only had a bottom sheet and two blankets washed with dubious frequency. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels and water (to be fair, staff members did bring them promptly.) It took at least five minutes after we arrived for someone to show up at the front desk, and then he acted like he'd never seen a booking.com reservation before. The elevator was so scary we never took it after the first time. We'd read enthusiastic reviews of the restaurant and we thought our dinner there was tasty, but the atmosphere is dreary. Overall, the Ajatsatru was better than sleeping on the floor of the train station. And inexpensive. But not likable.
