HOTEL P &S VINDHYA

I recently stayed at Hotel P&S and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel also offered a great dining experience with delicious food and a variety of options. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. I was impressed with the level of comfort and service, which made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Hotel P&S to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. While the property may offer some facilities that are unique in the city, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared to lack basic hospitality training and were not very approachable or accommodating when it came to even simple guest requests.||In particular, the General Manager, Mr. Manjeet Singh, came across as dismissive and seemed more focused on highlighting his past experience rather than addressing guest concerns. Professional communication and a guest-centric attitude were noticeably missing. He really needs to be trained well. Pitty.||I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback in the right spirit. With the right training and a stronger focus on customer experience, the hotel has the potential to offer much more.

P&S Vindhya Hotel, Dehri on Sone - I had once given a positive review for this hotel, but as of today, the service has become extremely poor. The staff is unprofessional and untrained. They don't know how to interact with guests. If a guest raises a complaint, they simply ignore it and never take responsibility or acknowledge their mistakes. As a corporate employee, I used to stay here for 3 to 4 days at a stretch, but I will not be staying here anymore. The property is good, but without proper service and respectful behavior, nothing can be managed well. No one wants to spend money just to face problems. Sorry to say, but this was my last visit.

I stayed at this hotel for almost 15 days for 3 weddings. It was a great experience staying here. Rooms are nicely maintained. Clean rooms and bathrooms. They offer all the amenities and luxuries you require. Having a clean and cozy room after all the tiredness made us rejuvenated for the next day experience and fun. Services are really slow, especially their room service. If you order something just order and forget type of situation, as it takes forever to deliver it to your room. Besides that the staffs are courteous, respectful and very responsive. If i have to stay in Dehri for any reason my first preference will be P& S Vindhya. Overall, I will say it was a great experience staying here and I was able to attend all the weddings with freshness each and everyday. Thanks to all the staff members

I really like this place specially roof side area , over all nice but about food taste was okay okay I tried chatpata masroom but it didn't taste like chatpata , so improve the taste of the food, Although evrything was very good.

Nice experience. The Restaurant was particularly nice. Food was good. The service was upto the mark . Mr. Suraj who was the manager along with Mrs. Sona served us appropriately and accordingly.

Attended wedding / shaadi of my family. 3 days experience... rooms are good but food is very bad. Poor quality & not cooked properly on all the 3 days. Don't go for banquet booking and food. Bahar se catering karwa lo.

The hotel manager Mr Bibek Dubey was carried very good smile on face with to much good behaviour. I wish to visit again & again for comfortable stay with my family & friends. I wish all the highest level success for this hotel & specially Mr.Dubey.
