Hotel Shyama Regency

Poor service and unhygienic practices! The hotel provides drinking water directly from the water tank without any filtration, which is a serious health risk. The management seems to have a monopoly in the area, leading to a lack of accountability. Travelers, be cautious and carry your own drinking water. I do not recommend this place unless they improve their hygiene standards.

They can demean themselves so low for money. I had booked 30 rooms 4 months before the marriage ceremony of my daughter. Later they booked 20 rooms of them to another party on higher rate without notifying me priorly.On that particular day I came to know this matter.Imagine how much problem I had to face.

"The hotel staff were rude and not cooperative when I requested a room change," "The hotel didn't have hot water - neither at night when we had to leave for temple and had to take bath with cold water - kids, my parents and family were so extremely upset in the night," "Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner,

Hotel is good, I stayed in a single bed room. It was nice and clean. The service was good too but it can be improved

It's very bad experience to stay here.Room is small,Staff experience are not up to mark,bed pillow cover,bed sheet not up to mark,Wall damp,And hotel 1 day rent to much high.

Hotel is good but fooding charge is High

Staffs are decent and well behaved.. They are very prompt at service... Overall a complete warm experience.. They maintain great hygiene.. food is also good in taste.. Hotel is clean, no disturbance and noise.
