Hello Mr, I am not given wrong rating. You have said your staff provide me the bill, its totally wrong information. When I request for invoice your staff stickly denied for any bill or invoice. And what you said, nobody provide Invoice, actually you don't know what is happening in other locations/hotels. All hotels visited by me provide me the invoice copy. Only you are the person who not given the invoice. I already displayed your staff, the other hotels invoice copy. So, please don't wrongly reply by yourside. Actually you don't know the category of suit room. I have booked the suit room, but you provide me a room with-- 1. TV available but not working. 2. AC working but not cooling. 3. Room not clean (Other person clothes available in the room, you have clear after complaint by me) 4. Staff are not Profesional. 5. Water not available and provide to me both at arrival and room. So, in details you have no idea for the said criteria rooms.

I booked the room for 3 guests , and got only one bed. Which is not comfortable. The room is very small , The bed is not comfortable The bed creates pain in the backbone

Worst experience of my life. Nothing works here. Water, TV, cleanliness Zero. Rakesh takes care of the property who has a casual attitude. Very far away from Delhi More. Auto charges 200. Useless expenses. In breakfast they give just Puri chole and charge 600-700 for it. No soap given for bathing. Never book here.

Room are clean and atmosphere are good Room service... Very good...

Nicest Hotel in Darbhanga. Deluxe room is specious and clean. Boy at reception is very helpful and supportive. They keep asking about any need a customer needed and ready assist. Its great.

Needed room as an emergency, even booked earlier before reaching, and booking was confirmed as well. But soon we reached Darbhanga and when i called, the guy who received that we're closed today. Like bro wow.
