Hotel Govinda Palace

Horrible experience. Everyday Room Cleaning staff are unavailable here. All rooms have a bad smell. All bathroom fittings are broken. Bathroom exhaust fan connection cuts down. AC not working, geyser is a showpiece here. Avoid this place if possible.

One night stop over during Mahakumbh yatra, just enuf for that.. Rooms are clean, bed clean, toilet ok..geyser available...safe parking space available onsite... staff helpful. Hotel requires a brighter signage.

BUDGET HOTEL AC room at 1500.00 great value for money. Non AC room at 600 700. Huge number of rooms available. Lazy service. Wi-Fi problem works in limited area. Speed attains in late night time. Wi-Fi enabled TV, problem in day evening time. nicely at late night. Air conditioner works after 10 pm, on generator. Generator backup service NOT available in day time

Rooms are okay type but not as clean what we expect. Service was average. As per location hotel is besides service road which is interconnected to main highway you can get the means of transportation with ease.

Experience was not good in this hotel. Mosquitoes were there. No soap and towel were there. When I asked then they give . Bedsheet , pillows and blanks were not clean .They didn't wash them from many days. But geyser was there. Water bottle also not provided when we asked then they give . Parking was there. Bed was not comfortable. Atmosphere was okay. Hotel was next to road so running vehicles sound was coming. Service was okay. Other furnitures were dirty. Prices of non-ac room=950 Price of ac room=1,500.

The room's surface is not up to the mark and the washroom sawar is not working and you will face a water heater issue in the cold season for freshness.

The room facilities were ok. There was no place to keep the mobile charging from the bed, but the main thing is the food system is total nonsense. Paying separately for rice, separately for pulses, separately for vegetables, separately for extra food. If you want papad/salad in your meal, you have to pay extra. No sleepers in the Bathroom, pillow and bedsheets and blankets were dirty, no soap in the bathroom, staffs were rude. This was never experienced. But no worries thank you for the hospitality. All the system can be changed within an hour. All the best from me.
