Hotel S G International

The staff was great. The receptionists(Ameen Ansari )were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time Date 10/02/2025

I booked this place for my guests. It's not the kind of hotel with all the amenities. It has basic facilities. The rooms were fine but they should work on keeping rooms and bedsheets clean. That's the least they should work on. Otherwise, everything was fine. They were quick in providing water bottles, towels and tea.

Good service,and friendly behaviour

Parking facility is there. Rooms are good. In-house food service is bad. Very delayed food service. Ordered tea, got it after 1 hr after subsequent followups and the taste was also bad. Cutlery was not cleaned properly. Service wise - it is utterly dissappointing.

The property is new but the staff is quite unprofessional. I had booked a room through booking.com and it was clearly mentioned in the description that the room had air conditioning facility. But once we reached there they offered us a non AC room without any proper ventilation. We even showed them on the app about facilities promised by them on booking but they bluntly denied and refused to abide by them. I strongly recommend to not book this place. Some other demerits: * far from the city centre *no room service

Stayed here for 3 days and the room was comfortable with all the basic facilities. The Tea served here is equivalent to home made tea which I liked the most. The staff is also supportive and it was overall a good experience to stay here.

The rooms here were decent for the price. Neat and clean toilet and rooms. They provide wifi but when ur room is a bit away from the reception the wifi gets slow. The staff here were nice. Especially i have to mention the security guard was so helpful here. We had a puncture right when we arrived at the hotel and this security helped us a lot by carrying our tyre and getting it repaired at a local mechanic. Very friendly man. Might visit here again just to maybe visit him. Coming back to the hotel they provided breakfast in the morning and it was also good. You can order food here or can explore lot of street food if your ready to walk 200 mts. The main problem i could find was the parking as you can park hardly 2 to 3 cars here. This hotel because it's in a narrow street, parking a car which is longer is going to be a pain. Hatchbacks should be fine but any bigger cars will be a problem then again depends on the skill of the driver. Overall good one night stay here.

Rooms are in a horrible condition, hotel staff is irresponsible, there is no kettle ,bad quality of blankets,non availability of cuttlery in rooms,staff is not responding at the time of any requirement. Plz kindly categorize their duties, they are confused n don't know the hotel protocol also.
