I booked this place for first birthday of my daughter. Decoration food and car entry all 3 services i booked from them only. I liked it very much and my overall experience was just awesome. Highly recommend for birthday party if you want your party to be grand you can choose this place. Taste of food was just delicious i will give 5 rating for food. Everything on this party was awesome... decoration was also good. I booked car entry and it was planned but car was not available so entry was spoiled this is only reason i am not giving 5 star. So my money for car entry was wasted. Service was very good they all are professional.

We booked this banquet for an engagement ceremony, but they took another booking for the same day. Because of this they provided the services at a delay of 4 hours. Very pathetic service, staff is very rude and arrogant. Never book this banquet.

Very pathetic service, the hotel didn't deliver what they committed. Staff is inadequate in numbers. Don't waste your money here

I stayed for one night. The shocking thing was that didn't provide milk satchets for making tea even asked. Electric kettle was kept but was of no use. After asking for milk satchets, they said it is not available. No toiletries was kept. Services are not propmt.

We booked three rooms here and we checked in at 7pm. Our experience was full of disappointments. We came here only to wait as the rooms were not even cleaned. They broomed the rooms in front of us and entered afterwards. Then sink or basin had no water. Next morning, we had added breakfast to the price. The hotel said they have marriage programs so they cannot give us breakfast. Except for bread. It was very disappointing. The location is not good either. No restaurant or food was nearby. Book at your own risk.

I came here to enquiring a room for a married friend for his small visit in the city. The oversmart reception here demanded that the wife should have husband's name in her aadhar card. I did they could provide marriage certificate of that's important. This super intelligent person then said that the room is not available very unprofessionally. These people have zero experience in running a hospitality business.
