OYO 49453 Hotel City Palace

Worst experience. .. they don't have even basic stuff like towels, good quality blanket in chilled night . Dirty bathroom.. no water in morning. No wardrobe. . TV not working.. parking only suitable for big SUV due to pathholes ..and many more .

Best place for starting a Cleanliness drive. Charged me Rs999 for a supposed AC room which remained without power through out the night. Check-in at 10:30pm & Check-out at 10:30am. Could not charge my mobile & had mosquitoes for company.

There are not many options for stay in Chhapra and this one looks like best of the lot. The room is clean and toilets are Indian. That's where the good part ends. No breakfast/dinner options untill you literally tell them 10 times. No hot water/heater even during chilly winters.||The access road is the worst kind you can imagine with muddy road and literally open drains.||Would advice to carry your own towels and toiletries if you stay here.

This is small but budget friendly hotel. But service need to improve. Staff was friendly. Room was small but well maintained. Good option for family too. Free WiFi also available here. Hot water available in bathroom.

Don't even go here. They do some unwanted things in hotel. Liquor mafias are there. i have seen there when i visited to check in. i have seen many people drunk there. Hotel manager is rude. he looks like criminal.

Due to non availability of hotel we find rooms in this hotel somehow. Hotel is ok and small. They fulfill the requirement of ours. Rooms are ok bit not so big. Staff need more training about hospitality.

I have stayed in this hotel with family to attend Wedding ... It a very good hotel nearby Chhapra Junction.As Chhapra is a small city, this hotel is good for stay. |Rooms are in medium size equipped with AC. |
