M/s RAJKUMAR HOTEL

I visited the hotel restaurant on 08 June 2024, and had an extremely disappointing experience due to the rude behavior of the staff. Upon arriving at 01:00AM, we were ignored by the host for over 20 minutes. When we finally got seated, the waiter, was extremely unprofessional. They made several inappropriate comments and rolled their eyes when we asked for recommendations. The final straw was when they added unordered items in the bill and when I asked for the same with manager, he shouted at us and ultimately forced me to pay for the items which I haven't ordered. This behavior is unacceptable and ruined our evening. They act like goons. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. Improving staff training on customer service could significantly enhance the dining experience.

The location of Hotel is good as it is opposite of Chapra Junction. Rooms are shady, the mattress is too hard, bedsheet is unclean, tv doesnt work, ac stops on its own, bathroom is clogged. The price is not justified at 1500 rs per double bed.Car Parking is available.

Located infront of Chhapra Railway Station, its an average hotel. Some rooms are good but some are conjusted and no ventilation. Average toilet. Not all accessories of toilet are working. Room service is not good. Foods are tasty. Ita a budget hotel.

It's a clean hotel with cooperative staff. My stay was very peaceful and the food was also very good I did not have to go anywhere else for food as is the case for the remaining hotels in Chhapra.

According to price service is not gud...and there is no additional service available like as morning breakfast, R.O water....but all over its okey...
