Good for single stay and affordable price

i'm from bengal in darjeeling district one of the worst hotel in chhapra, stayed one night for exam and felt like thousand years, never ever visit in summer worst hotel ever. pay extra and book ac hotel in summer the weather in chhapra especially summer terrible, will never ever come this chhapra district in my life

Here Is Electricity Problem In Area. Rooms Are Clean But Cant Live In Summers. Rates Are High And Owner Behaviour Is Not Good. In Chhapra There Are Lots Of Other Good Hotels Available. Better Not To Prefer This Location And Hotel Else You Will Be Without Electricity.

One star is above for this hotel his price is too high as compared to his facility They don't provide you clean bed sheets and blankets lot of cacroch and masquito in his room and complant they didn't give any solution for this His behaviour is not as any hospitlity only benefit is you are closed from train station

Yes, very poor, please choose a way better hotel so as to make your self at least comfortable, very poor rooms, very poor service, zero hospitality .. and specially we pay for the rooms, its not free of cost, and we can get much more in that range,

Totally hazardous place,there is space of 6/12 feet,moreover there is no connection for fan with inverter,if electricity goes u will have to spend your time in sweat

Rooms are good and location is one of the best. But the reception person is very weird as he doesn't how to behave.

A bad experience of staying in this hotel. Non cooperative executive. Providing single stuff for two people, whereas price taken for 2 room people.
