Hotel Ashoka Grand

Very poor service given. No TV working, No AC working, No wi-fi & Room clearness was also very poor. Staf behaviour was also bad at customer executive desk. Over all experience was very bad...

It's a nice hotel in chapra for corporate and family stay.food is also good.

This was worst experience by far, the staff was rude, i had my ill father with me and i had asked them for extended stay in advance but they just denied having such conversation and they forcibly asked us to leave the hotel, very very pathetic experience, my father was not even able to walk but they did not listened and a staff named Mayank was so ride while talking, they made my father pack our things when he was alone in the room to evacuate without informing me. When i told them that i had already asked for extention for stay they did not support. I am never recommending this hotel to anyone. Please do not trust whatever they are saying during your booking, they will back out from their promises once you reach there.
