Hotel CTR

Look as the rooms worth 600 INR (non AC) is a great option for me with good security, infrastructure and the overall environment of the hotel is between good to better . At the same price i was getting the worst lodge, paying guests house nearby at the same location. And best part was that they were ready to co-operate with flexible timing as i was given 3 hours of free luggage to keep with them rather than me paying the whole money

A very decent place to stay in Sitamarhi. Pros: 1. Connectivity and closeness to city centre. 2. Nice Rooms and Ambience 3. Restaurant 4. Parking 5. Nice staff Cons: 1. Can seem a bit overpriced to some. 2. TV is small and channels are limited to News and Music 3. Suite Room and Normal Rooms have double price difference, but no such difference in carpet area or facilities.

This is very poor quality hotel. Every room have some problems - either AC is out of order or flush is out of order or plug point is out of order. The wall of the room was full of various stains, dirts and fungus. The toilet was also not upto the mark. The blanket they provided was smelly. We were late in check in. So we had no other choice but to stay. The hotel is understaffed & they are not so profession. Their attitude, dresscode is similar like that of road-side dhaba. We had booked AC room. Still, they had given us a half piece of lifebuoy soap. They dont even deserve 1 star. I would never recommend this hotel.

Average small town hotel. Do not expect much from service, although I would say that the food is good enough. It has a hall on its third floor. Hall is mostly used for marriage ceremonies, and sometimes for conferences. Again the hall is open so the air-conditioning is not very effective for a crowd of 100 or more people. Price wise its just OK for a small town like Sitamarhi.

Rooms are just okay, there is alot of dampness on walls and the major issue I faced during my stay was : two big rats jumping all over the room during night while we were sleeping.. But the food and other room services were good.

Worse place ever! No lights no geyser no cleanliness in room and no blankets on bed. The staff seems to be good but the maintenance is 3rd class. Need to improve a lot because you don't feel like living at this place

The location is just 15 mins away from the Sitamarhi Railway Station. It is a nice hotel but they lack maintenance. We stayed in ac rooms which were quite affordable and standard. The staff were spontaneous. But they forgot to inform us about the power cut which occus at late night. That was a bit troublesome. Otherwise the food and the quality of the food was just amazing. The food was mouth watering and delicious. Hats of to whoever the chef is.

It was very bad experience I have ever had here to stay in this hotel, staffs were treated badly, Rooms were very dirty, mosquitoes and tiny insects found in the room. Staff they impose tariff as per there wish. I believe next onwards don't get a chance to remain here.
