Very bad professionals....Honour(lady) is really quarellsome who was not at all involved while booking or previous meetings...... Got engagement booking from 11 to 5 with 6 rooms....till 12:45 only 2 rooms delivered..... All servers are very bad and annoying.... Bad behavioral staff....food served on open in May in sunlight of summer despite for proposed in inside.... All food shortage and with bad taste booking for 220 only 180 people taken meal but food got short....hall AC was non effective and in same line out of 5 hour stay 2 hours with breaks non woking....and there people are really shameless and having no reget. However they spoiled my entire function.very non hygiene and bees are allover in entire function area.No one was in hall for any purpose they sat in office. Others games are also involved in addition bookings such as Don't book at any cost.

Location is isolated and looks scary at night, this is just a farmhouse for marriage functions nothing else. If you are local from Buxar this may not impact but if you outsider looking to book something here please skip this,ratings are fake, pictures are fake

Worst service arrogant behaviour one ladies staying there is talking like goon. If someone is not local they will not going to give anything even an extra bottle of water. Everything is just waste of money and that will make your event a disaster rather then a memory.

I came with my family and found it is very good option for family. A must visited place to stay for vacation.

Location and view was very good. Not very much happy with the room. It was just average without kettle and mini bar. Overall it was very good

I booked this place for a function, but the service was awful, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms had waterlogged floors. They only care about making money and will overcharge you by changing the prices. If you try to negotiate, they lock the main gate and won't let you or your family leave until you pay the extra amount they demand.
