A good hotel with a large area for events and rooms are spacious too, they also provide good parking space, but the room condition is average, overall a good experience but they should do some maintenance work and maintain good cleanliness. As per location like buxar it's quite good.

The 3rd Class Hotel of Buxar. Except building and campus nothing good about it. Mosquitoes all over. You literally can't sleep. Extremely dirty beds and linens. Everything stinking in and out. The washroom is comparable to a public toilet. The water can go anytime and after complaining multiple times it still might not come. You have to ask the receptionist to power on the lift or else everyone else says that the lift is not working.

Good Hotel in city like Buxar. Rooms Are Big in size. staff behaviour is also very good. If you want to stay in buxar this is cheap and best hotel in the city. Also located in good area.

Property is good. Location is mind-blowing. Spacious rooms. Banquet. restaurant and lawns. Thanks to property owners. To build such a nice hotel in Buxar. But the management is not taking care of this. 1. Security guard.. useless. He is taking salery only for seating job. He is not following duty and responsibilities of security guard in hotel industry. 2. Lift service. Very poor. Horrible. 3. Reception person. They don't know the basics manners of front office. Never doing wish. Always dul face . They treating his gust like.. aao Sanam jao Sanam. 4. Housekeeping. This department is responsible for Cleenens maintenance and asthic upkeep of the hotel. But what they doing. need to improve. Please management. If you have time go and check lawns side washroom and kitchen condition. 5. Staff. Need to training and daily briefing department wishes. Please maintain the standard of aakrshak heritage. Thanks.

One of the worst hotel I ever seen, start from room to location service. Dirty room, nothing in the room like basic thing, they don't have anything in kitchen. Best part the security guard.

It's located above Vishal mega mart and on main road , hotel really has good building with lots of specious Room ||I got a room having ,suit type two adjoining room ,room was really good like suites with good AC bed and others , even they have sofa area too.||No toiletries given only one towel ||AC does not have remote ||TV cable has no paid Chanel ||No glass in the room ||No electric kettle no accessories in room ||No fridge ||Parking is there and restaurant on top floor ||But||||Bad management destroy its charm and standard ||It's given to OYO capital O ||||Reception on 2nd floor and lift is not working as Rooms are on 2 floor and 3rd floor ||||No one will greet you in hotel ||Local non professional person chewing tobacco and spitting in front of you at reception and very rough language and he called him manager.||Never thought/imagine of of any professionalisms in this hotel, no one from hospitality industry ||Waiters are of non standard at all. You will soon realise they they are local and not know abc about etiquette and manners.||||Why such happening to good hotel property is beyond my imagination/views ||||They will not give you key of room logic is that they have one key and no given to guest , everyone you have to take key when you came to hotel and imagine how you will go in restaurants and other place in hotel without key !!||Pathetic ||||Not recommended at all ||||In OYO and Make my rip rates are slashed to 70% ||You imagine the quality now ||||If you persons with moral donot even think to book or stay in this hotel ||||No one hear you and no one bother you ||Not recommended for family

Lodging is good, Location is super, rooms are big. It looks good from outside but service is very poor. But the management is not taking care of this. 1. Security guard: Useless. Reception person: The guy over reception was not able to communicate properly and don't know the basics manners of front office. They treating his guest like.. aao Sanam jao Sanam. 4. Housekeeping: This department is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the aesthetic upkeep of the hotel. But they are not doing their job. Need to improve. 5. Staff: Need training and daily briefing. Please maintain the standard of Akarshak heritage. I recommend to go for a cheaper hotel they might give you better service than them.

I think this restaurant should improve its services regarding maintenance of its electrical appliances. I didn't find much varieties of stuffs as well, even it was not having any dessert here. So, I won't appreciate it much. On my account,I found this place as least entertaining.
