Good service in hotel and good location just beside railway station buxar

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. the room smelled musty, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. The rate was too high . Additionally The staff behaviour was rude and the location of the hotel is also not good you have to cross the railway line to get the hotel. overall It was a miserable experience."

Worst experience in this hotel...plz don't go on positive review they are fake..ill mannered staff..they are greedy people... they just want money and don't provide any facility beside it the location of this hotel is too bad..find another hotel to stay but don't choose this one

Overall hotel are quite good but hotel owner & staff behaviour are very rude and they are very cheap greedy not keep word 1st of all I really don't know who's is owner of hotel??? They charge water bottle and bottle are not unbranded local company water bottle, And in washroom they not giving the soap for handwashing I think I don't like come again at this place. Many hotels are available in near buxer railway station so u can also check them

The location is good, the rooms are average, but the service and the behavior of the staff are pathetic, they are very rude and unhelpful.

Amazing food as I expected so much testy dinner..Coperate & helping staff ..Property owner (Mr. Mahender kharwar) behaviour very polite & cooperative (helping kind of nature).
