The residency, bodhgaya

Very poor management. Over priced looking at the service they provide.Need to give more training to managers/supervisor, very pathetic manners,Who ever the owner of this hotel please recruit manager who can speak international language (English) so that he can deal with clients in a very good way, just locally trained doesn't make good manager, they should explore to the world because I saw more foreigners come to this hotel than locals. And also staffs in the receptionist looks little tricky cos they don't issue the bill immediately giving excuses and all.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone instead go to another.

This hotel was much better than I expected. Room was clean and comfy. The food served at the restaurant were amazingly delicious. The service provided by the hotel staffs was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us make kheer for offerings to the temple at 5 in the morning. Great hospitality. Only thing is we would have appreciated a heater in the room. Only a stones throw away from Mahabodhi

Do not stay here!|I checked out of the hotel and only checked my washing later in the day ( my mistake). They washed all 5 of my white t-shirts with my navy trousers. Suffice to say that I now have 5 blue t- shirts. Of course, they did not advise me or apologise!

The hotel is pleasant, with excellent staff and a convenient location near the Maha Bodhi Temple. Despite limited food options, the staff made efforts to accommodate our needs. We stayed for three nights in spacious and comfortable rooms, although the Wi-Fi occasionally experiences disruptions. However, there is a recurring issue with water leaks in the bathrooms that needs to be addressed, as it appears to be a common problem in many of the rooms.

the hotel is abit rundown but the location is one of the best to Mahabodhi Temple, it is just few hundreds metres away. the hotel is in the middle of the bustling street vendors and things to see and multiple nearby temples to visit. not the cleanest hotel but it is ok and decent.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. Walking distance to everything downtown. The hotel was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful.

Had the pleasure of staying at The Residency again and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and accomodating and my room was an absolute comfort zone.
