The Byke Niranjana Resort & Restaurant

1. No sofa was available in front of jymaalaa stage. 2. Food quality was average. 3. Water overflowing at toilets. 4. Water shortage was at midnight. 5. No tea was provided at midnight even No response by staff at midnight. 6. He charged even 9 plates was extra. 7. One missing trolley was not recovered. 8. Quality of chair cover was not good.

The location is good just on the road towards rajgir. We did not have a chance to stay however we tried the restaurant for lunch & breakfast and I must say the food quality is too good. The staff are polite and helpful.

I highly recommend Riverside Retreat to anyone visiting Bodh-Gaya and looking for a fantastic hotel experience as well as any occasional events.

I booked two cottages for my 1 night stay here and was highlighly disappointed with my decision. Their staff was polite and were happy to serve and parking was adequate. ||This hotel is almost dead and I will be surprised if they are able to run it for more than 6 months this way. Torn bedsheets, lamp flickering, and bathroom just enough to sit on the pot for bath! We decided not to take bath there.||Restaurant had 2 AC working and 3 wall fans out of which only 1 fan was working. Good thing was they serve veg food only and food was good as well as value for money. Service was good too.||There was a power cut midnight and all staff were sleeping without realising there is a power cut. I called them around 2am to ask how long will it take and then they switched on the generated after which only fan worked and not the AC whole night.||There is no management oversight here and property is managed by junior level hotel housekeeping staff.

We booked this resort on occassion of marriage. The rooms of the bunglows and cottages were spacious and spotless with rustic elegance. THe buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that the whole stay of the guests were comfortable. Overall it's a perfect retreat to conect with nature amid the beautifull scenic view of the lawns, garden and Phalgun River. One visiting Bodh Gaya must give it a try for pleasant stay !!!! Moreover its Pet Friendly!!!

We reserved this resort for our marriage celebrations. I can review this in one line - This resort with its decorations and service was the best thing in the whole function. I was sceptical of how the things will be, but I was pleased with the kind of facilities that were offered. The location is good, on the road itself. The area is super spacious. The rooms were clean and maintained. The staff was courteous. The decorations, lighting, etc were above expectations. "Super Value For Money"

Ambiance of Byke Resort was pleasant, my experience was marred by the lethargic service and slow management response times. Despite these drawbacks, I must acknowledge the quality of the food, which was consistently good throughout my stay. Overall, my impression of the resort is neutral; it has potential but needs improvement in service efficiency and management responsiveness to truly excel.
