I recently visited this hotel when I was in Bodhgaya for an official trip. I ended up choosing this hotel after extensive online research and the hotel highly exceeded my expectations. |What I liked the most about the hotel is its welcoming hospitality and location which is barely 300 mtrs. from renowned Mahabodhi temple. |One can also have great breakfast and luncheon in hotel's own Sujata restaurant. Rooms are also equipped heavily and I was amazed by the quality of their curtains and carpets. However fitness freaks may miss a gym in the hotel but I don't think one would bother considering the other amenities.|During checkout the hotel readily agreed to provide a chauffeur driven car to drop me at the airport as I was getting late and this gesture will certainly be etched in my memory forever. |Will absolutely stay here every time I need to be in Bodhgaya and recommend it to everyone.
Welcome to Paradise

Simply everything is topnotch !!! Perfectly located ,Room is super clean with all equipment's , spacious and comfy, Food was delicious.|Staff was extremely kind, supportive and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure their guest's stay was great. The best stay we had in our time at India.
I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel, primarily due to the owner's discriminatory and dismissive behaviour. The owner, Kumar, acted as though he owns the world when, in reality, his business thrives on the money of paying customers. Upon checking in, I was appalled to find the room in an unacceptable condition. The toilet, bathtub, bins, mirror, and floors were filthy, with dust and rubbish scattered around. It seemed as though the only thing cleaned since the last guest was the bedding. I requested the room to be cleaned, but the staff did a subpar job, requiring me to physically point out areas like the bathtub and carpet that needed more attention. And the heater provided in the room was incredibly loud, making it almost impossible to sleep. When I approached the owner - Kumar about a replacement or solution, he was dismissive and arrogant, claiming the heater was "new" and refusing to address the issue. After voicing my concerns about the poor communication, and unprofessional service, I was unexpectedly asked to leave the property. This forced me to book alternative accommodation on the same day, causing further inconvenience. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. While some of the general staff were kind and tried to help, the owner's rude and unprofessional behaviour left me shocked. Such blatant lack of basic hospitality and respect ! Do not support businesses that only care about profit and fail to treat their guests as human beings.
Niranjana Hotel in Bodhgaya is located just 400 metres away from Mahabodhi Temple.I booked an executive room which was large , spacious and clean being particularly suitable for a family of three. The hotel's restaurant provides very tasty food .The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Bodhgaya.
Hotel Niranjana is way better than I expected. At this price point it is one the better hotels in Bodhgaya. The hotel is very close to Mahabodhi temple, in fact you can just walk to the temple.|The room was decent sized with ample space, a luggage rack was there which was good, two cushioned chairs with centre table makes it nice for sitting and having your tea. Electric kettle with required tea bags and coffee sachets was functional, linens and towels clean, strong AC, sleep quality good. Toilet decent sized, some rooms had a bathtub with stand-in shower.|Food quality in restaurant was very good. All foods were freshly prepared and served. We loved the paneer with green peas and chicken bharta. Breakfast was included in the rate but there was no buffet. It was served ala carte. |Staff in restaurant was very polite and always smiling. Front office person Mr. Sanjeet Sharma was very courteous and helpful.|In short, a good place to stay in Bodhgaya near the temple.
They care about their guests. Truly fine international standards, at which the hotel is maintained. I have travelled across the world but the access to Temple merges seamlessly to the cocoon like comfort of the hotel. This space cares about its guest and leaves no stone unturned in keeping the guest safe and cared for
This hotel is hidden gem Bodh Gaya! Located only 400 meters from main temple, it perfect for pilgrims. I stay in Executive Room, biggest room in hotel, good for family as can add extra bed. My family like breakfast--many omelette choices and Thai cuisine. Also, Sahil the cook make very tasty food every day. Hotel shop have beautiful Buddha statues, nice addition.
Best location if you want to visit mahabodhi temple. Stayed 4 nights here in the executive room which is big and spacious .it has a restaurant and they provide vey tasty food. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists. They have a gift shop with many handcrafted products .Best shop if you want a exclusive souvenir for any of your friends & families. The only thing is the property is in thw restricted area so in order to get an smooth check-in one must contact the property before arrival as entry pass is required.
