NILAM GUEST HOUSE

Overall really good experience staying at Nilam Guest House. Rooms are really net and clean and whole area where building located is quiet and safe. Owners provide generous help and service which gives you feeling of being welcomed and treated as friend.

I spent 8 days at Nilam House. As a solo female traveller it felt safe. Sumit was always available to give advice and ordered me a taxi to return to Varanasi. It is close to cafes and the Bodhi temple but out of the main market bustle so feels like a sanctuary. Also it is very clean.

A small family-run guesthouse in Bodhgaya. The owners are very nice and always ready to help. They can give tips on sightseeing or shopping or can organize a tour to the sights outside Bodhgaya at a good price.

Great and affordable place near enough to the temples that you can walk, I highly recommend especially if you are on a budget for your trip

The guest house is very quiet and clean, ideally situated around 10-15mn from the main temple. Sumit and his family are super nice. He has helped me a lot with some bike issues I had, spending hours with me at the garage. I highly recommend the guest house !

Probably our best stay in all of India! We arrived in Gaya on the train after 3am. Sumit the owner waited for us to arrive and helped us navigate with our tuk tuk driver from the station. The location is walking distance to restaurants and temples. Room was.perfectly clean, and the AC was great! I would recommend for single travelers or couples. Sumit and his family are wonderful! This guest house is in the heart of Bodh Gaya within a short distance of Mahabodhi temple. Here rooms were neat & tidy. It gave me an homely experience. Owner was kind and good in behaviour. Hospitality was overall good.
