Extremely good experience of lodging. Nice & helpful behavior of the owner. Only food is to be ordered from outside as they don't have a restaurant. But provide tea as per requirements. Highly recommended for lodging

After finishing 20days Vipassana, I felt so blessed to find this place to stay for few days . It's near Tergar Monastery away from the bustle but still very close to Maha Bodhi Temple. So peaceful, green, also often stayed by Tibetan monks and nuns, that just added extra beauty for me. The place is very clean and the 2 brothers who run the place; Godson and Guarav are blessed with beautiful karma! They were so helpful and caring, from ordering food, visiting sacred places, transport, shopping and all sorts of activities that made it so much more pain free and enjoyable. We became great friends and shared lots of laughs and warmth. So grateful to have met the women in their family as well, who invited me in their home and I got to hang out and cook with them! it's definitely a gem, I would highly recommend and will stay again. Excellent location and super friendly, cosy, safe enviroment. There are 3 categories for rooms, there are rooms with kitchen too. Rooms have attached bathrooms. Price is very good, great value for money deal! Gaurav is the manager, and he is not only a host but helps you as a friend you can trust, he gives you all the information you need, you can really feel yourself at home. Guest house is at very good location, just opposite of Kagyu Monlam Hall, and it takes just a few minutes to get into the center by Tuktuk, that you find always in front of the house. Rooms are nice, and clean and comfortable with nice terrace, and rooftop with a spectacular view, 24-hour hot water and wifi is available! Free gym for guest is available in the building.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay at Gaurav Guesthouse. We ended up staying 18 nights there and by the end it felt like home. Godson and Gaurav are family to us now. They provided everything we needed, and make an amazing chai!|We loved the location, it's far enough from the center to get away from the noise but close enough to go walking. Plus for those interested, it's just across the street from Karmapa Temple.|The rooms are spacious, we had a private balcony and I enjoyed getting some sun and sitting there quietly to watch the movement of the road. We had a great time there, highly recommend.

Godson and Gaurav made my stay in bodhgaya super pleasent. They were always super welcoming, friendly and helpul. The guesthouse was cozy and had everything I needed. Everytime I needded something, the hosts were always there to help. Overall, it was a perfect stay. I definitely recommend it!
