Buddha Heritage Resort

Hotel is very near to all famous temples yet away from crowded zone. Rooms are neat and garden area is huge. I had good conversation with Vikas Kumar and Radha kumari. They were polite and helpful. ||Restaurant food is good but on the expensive side. I loved the ambience and look and feel of the restaurant.

Great Ambiance, tasty food. Munching Sattu parota with Pickle is a new nicee experience. Added advantage is it's at walking distance to most of d monuments. Ample car parking facilities. Sparkling clean rooms. Nice front office and staff

This resort is a property listed under B.S.T.D.C., which means this is a government-managed resort. The resort is great for its prime location (right opposite Maya Sarovar Park and 10-15 mins walk from Mahabodhi Temple), palatial looks, and amenities like in-room necessities, swimming pool, Smart TV, in-house restaurant, etc. However, we had a mixed experience during our stay because:|1. Inadequate manpower meant there isn't enough people to attend you properly. Every time you need something, you have to ask the reception, and that too after follow ups. |2. Since it's a two-storied property with 2 buildings, there is no lift.|3. Restaurant is at a little distance from the rooms in Building 1. Restaurant food is a little pricey but taste is good. However, there is lack of coordination between restaurant and reception and often someone else's bill is marked against another customer!|4. There is a lack of maintenance generally, be it linen, pillows, quick service, providing daily items in the room, etc.|5. Reception guys are not very efficient and lack promptness. Also, they hardly smile and don't offer the warmth you expect at the front desk.

Great experience and very supportive environment. All resort member's behaviour are too good and especially thanks towards GM of this property. Rooms are very clean and spacesous. Resort location is just perfect to visit most of the visiting places in BodhGaya. If someone want to visit bodhgaya then I really consider this beautiful Buddha Heritage resort.

We loved the place. Great rooms. End to end service. Great location. Great deal.|The staff are courteous and well trained. ||We got room service and mutiple service requests fulfilled promptly. The hotel arranged for a tour car at reasonable prices as well. ||The food too is quite palatable. We had a delish plate of crispy chicken. The breakfast too is simple and fresh.

This resort is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite, and the food is delicious. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service make it a perfect spot to relax. Its location is also convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Overall, everything about this place feels just right!

Lacks basic amneties which guests don't even asks for like:||1. Exhaust Fan in bathroom|2. Dustbin in the room|3. Half used shower and shampoo container|4.Door Lock doesn't work|5.Used Bedhseets & Pillow Covers||Rude behaviour at the reception and interestingly if you sit in reception for 10 mins you will see at least 2-3 guests complaining something or the other (like no geyser in room, no hot water provided, cab booked from hotel coming late by 2 hrs ,etc ).||I would recommend no one to book this hotel. The location is great and from outside it looks gorgeous. But don't go by that...once you book,you are gone for the worst experience ever !
