. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs. The hotel's amenities, including the pool , were fantastic. We felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money, considering the high quality of the rooms and service. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Lovely location. In the evening it was fascinating to see World famous Mahabodhi Temple along with a mesmerizing view of Sun set. Big, Spacious and clean rooms for your comfort at reasonable price. Staff is friendly. I needed a hot water kettle which was provided to me at 11.00pm. Swimming pool was a fun. I would love to visit it again. Thank you Mahamaya Palace.

The staffs were good but make sure you take rooms on first or second or third floor which ever is available at the time of booking, avoid taking rooms at the ground floor by pool side , they are absolutely not well maintained , unhygienic and the furniture n bathroom supplies are broken! Only rooms are spacious but there is not enough amenities there!

We went to the restaurant, the food was very nice and fresh. We liked the service and would definitely consider visiting again. Special thanks to Jain Ji for organizing a e-rickshaw for our ride back home at night.

I was attacked by the staff because complaining about services and refusing to pay the full amt, anyway booking.com has refunded the full amt. Please book online to save yourself. No hot water, no heater or clean towels. When asked for this, they bring a kettle of warm water to shower with... Their reply is just to hide their disgusting hotel from others. Find out for yourself by living here. I had to contact the police afterwards.

Never book this hotel for any functions; otherwise, be prepared to face embarrassment in front of your guests. I recently attended my brother's wedding at this venue, and I am at a loss for words to describe the experience. The manager, Mr. Rajiv Jain, is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. His behavior was appalling, and he seems to exploit customers at every opportunity. The food quality was very poor and overpriced compared to other hotels in the same category. A new and unusual practice was introduced where starters were charged separately from the main course. Additionally, once the starters were served, there was no provision for refills. It's hard to describe the level of exploitation they are indulging in., there was no proper agreement, There were no towels provided in any of the rooms, and even basic facilities were not maintained. , and the entire experience was a complete disaster. If you don't want to feel cheated and humiliated, I strongly advise against booking this hotel for any occasion.

Although the location is excellent the service is very poor. The bed sheets and the blanket were torn. We went there just after Chhat puja and had very bad experience. The property is huge with a good quality swimming pool.
