Hotel Star Bodh Gaya

The Hotel is located about 1km of Mahabodhi temple. The rooms are clean and well lit. The restaurant/Dining hall is located at the basement. The quality of Food is good and proper hygiene is maintained in serving food. The staff are very polite and met up to the expectations. They have prepared food with 'no-garlic no-onion' and less spicy as per our expectations. They have arranged a vehicle for local sight seeing at a budget friendly rate. The ambience is really nice. However, these are pros. But they need to work on : Geyser: The hot water supply is not continuous, it was a trouble as I travelled in December. For the rest of the amenities I need to give up .

Rooms are spacious but cleanliness is poor and needs attention. Food menu is very long but limited when you order. In no way it's Four star property, it's just three star category

We stayed at Hotel Star for 4 nights and the staff were amazing. We were able to check in at 3am as our train arrived late. The staff helped with every request we had and a special mention to the restaurant staff who served us breakfast with a smile every day :)

Good place to stay... silent and peaceful...everything is comfortable... we stayed there last month and the experience was good...the owner is friendly...he even assisted us to book a car to Patna during Holi... also the walk to the temple is intresting....will be coming next month with my Mom... hope the owner would help us more.. This hotel is really amazing. The staffs here are polite and have a very good knowledge about hospitality. We stayed here for 2 days from 15-16 th of March 2025. The rooms are really amazing, foods are delicious though due to holi many staffs were not there still they managed to prepare food for us. Highly recommended, hope to visit this hotel and bodhgaya again in future. Thankyou hotel star we really enjoyed the stay at ur hotel

It's very nice place to stay with cool and calm atmosphere. The wide and quite clean entrance welcomes the customer. The reception staff are polite and friendly. The hotel is having spacious rooms fitted with AC. The view of surrounding greenery area can be seen through the widest glass window fixed in room. The room, bed, bathroom.. all are clean and having major fittings to make customer happy. The list service can hold 6 persons at a time and working nicely. The outside parking area is also quite spacious. It's a nice place to stay who wants to tour Bodhgaya and Gaya.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. The hotel manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my entire travel life - Mr.Mohd Aslam. Mr.Aslam is so rude that he doesn't even care anything about the customers. The Restaurant is full of mice , house flies, mosquitoes and a bad smell. The hygiene is way below to mention. The hotel is far from the Main temple.

Restaurants is not providing gud service.. wen I order food at the Restaurants to serve to my room the answer from the service person was staffs r oly few so we have to come down at Restaurants to have food... later I brought a coffee which was worst at taste.. no milk in it i ask ask dem to get wit proper milk coffee dey informed me.. milk are in freezer.. its been freezed so can't prepare now.. this was at 7.17 am.. dis is oly abt the Restaurants my review..other den dat rooms all wer very good..
