The Fern Residency, Bodhgaya

I stayed at The Fern Residency, Bodh Gaya during a trip to Kashi, Gaya, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya with my parents, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities you'd expect from a premium business hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a delicious mix of North and South Indian dishes along with some continental options. The location is ideal--just a short distance from the Mahabodhi Temple and the Buddha statue. What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff went out of their way to assist my elderly parents--helping them fetch food, carrying their luggage, and ensuring they were comfortable throughout the stay. One of the best parts--if you're lucky, you might find this hotel at a great price. Definitely worth keeping an eye out for deals!

Rooms are spacious and food is also good. It's near to reach Bodhgaya within 15-20 minutes. Reception was friendly but the whole service needs lots of improvements. Travel desk didn't pick up call early morning. Room card expired when we returned back to room after hectic fun day, so had to wait at the door with family. Restaurant is not capable to take up requests. We were 4 people and only 3 plates were served. Had to remind twice and took 5min. Water and glass was given after multiple reminder. Ordered butter roti but roti was delivered without butter. Hakka noodles were severed bland and after request, all sauces were delivered. Later we ordered gulab jamun and chilli potato but it was not served even after 25min so finally it was delivered in the room. All staffs were very polite and good behavior. They need to drastically improve to make it 4 star. Right now they don't meet 3 star rating. Food is expensive as per the service and quality. Room is decent and bathroom is clean.

It was comfortable and peaceful with no unnecessary disturbance.|The rooms were clean and staff was polite.|Food was also amazing. Ordered munchurian, shakes, chowmein. Everything was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was great as well|One thing is that there is no swimming pool. Would love to have this on my next visit.

I recently stayed at the Hotel, and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers a peaceful environment perfect for both pilgrims and casual travelers. What I liked most was the clean rooms and the helpful staff, peaceful location near Mahabodhi Temple, and good food with a decent breakfast.

Recently we stayed here for 2 nights during Bodhgaya trip. Perfect,neat & clean newly built property. Rooms are large with all basic amenities. Receptionist welcomed us with smiling face .Quick checkin. Breakfast delicious with wide variety of dishes. Helpful in travel arrangements like local sightseeing.|Overall we enjoyed our stay

This is a newer hotel apparently still improving by the day. Rooms are spacious but for sleep quality, it's just above average. The restaurant serves till late evening, but one has to put up with a long wait to get it after ordering. Breakfast is far from desirable with very limited options.
